Solidarity: Definition and Contexts
Abstract
The paper comprises the analysis of the concept of solidarity. The starting point is the assumption that in the Polish philosophical literature this notion is insufficiently discussed, though often present in public discourse. It is related, first and foremost, to the so‑called “solidarity written with a small letter”, which means, a certain value or an idea. This article presents a definitional framework, historical background of the idea, contexts of its usage, along with and concrete examples.Downloads
